Hello, Burlington.
We think life should be simple:

Tacos.
Tequila.
Bourbon.
(And, if the season is right, all of those things on a patio.)

We are not an authentic Mexican place. We don’t have rice and beans, and we’re definitely more hip-hop than mariachi. We just serve tacos and not-taco dishes made with good ingredients that we think you’ll enjoy.

Our kitchen is also 100% gluten-free, and we are 100% serious about that.

For the “liquid diet” sort of crowd, our bartenders are equally happy to whip you up a classic cocktail, or one of our modern creations. And, if you just want a shot of tequila, we’re into that, too.

We’re a proud member of The Other Bird family, which includes our sibling location The Mule, as well as the lovely Arlington Hotel, Hunter & Co., Odds, and Paper Crane. They’re all pretty cool.

CHORIZO, COTIJA & PORK BELLY NACHOS

Queso, pico de gallo, scallions, cilantro, pickled red chilis, crispy black beans, lime crema, pork belly, chorizo & cotija cheese. And chips, as a vehicle to consume it all. | 11

PATATAS BRAVAS (v)

Spiced potatoes, garlic sauce, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, cilantro, scallions & pickled red onions. What’s more supreme than fries? Patatas bravas, possibly. | 9

YUCA FRIES (v)

Fried yuca, roasted garlic and chili mayo, cilantro oil, cotija cheese, pickled jalapeno, serrano, crema & green onion. Seriously, everyone makes French fries. We’redifferent. | 10

BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER (v)

Crispy cauliflower tossed in buffalo butter sauce with buttermilk ranch, carrot and celery salsa & scallions. We can even make it vegan, if you’d like! | 6

THE CLASSIC

Ground pork and beef, cheddar cheese, lime crema, hot sauce, pico de gallo & cilantro. It’s a simple, classic taco, made with real ingredients. And that’s perfect. | 4.95

ACHIOTE CHICKEN

Spiced chicken, chicken skin, chipotle mayo, pickled red onion, cilantro & radish. We know chicken has a reputation for being kinda bland. This is our response. | 5.50

CHIPOTLE SWEET POTATO (v)

Crispy sweet potato, chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, pico, cilantro & radish. “You can’t put sweet potatoes on a taco,” they said. We disagreed, and hope you will too. | 6

BEEF CHEEK

Braised beef cheek, cotija cheese, garlic sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, scallions & hickory sticks. Cheek is a very underrated cut of meat. Allow us to show you why. | 6.50

COCHINITA PIBIL

Braised pork butt, pineapple habanero salsa, guajillo hot sauce, cilantro & pickled Anaheim peppers. It’s tender, sweet, spicy, and straight off the plane from Mexico. | 6

SPICY BRUSSELS SPROUT (v)
